Gina was very friendly, helpful and responded fast to all our questions. She provided a good run-through of the vehicle and accommodated an earlier pickup. RV was comfortable and well-kept. This was our fourth rental using Outdoorsy. It was hands-down, the best experience we’ve had. From the first communication to the return Gina was on top of everything. The RV was spotless and in wonderful shape. We had an absolutely fabulous time.
