Marco was very helpful with hooking the camper up to my truck and walking me around and showing me how things work. The communication could’ve been better. I didn’t hear from him for a couple days just prior to the trip, asking for details on timing and where to pick it up from. Also there was no one present when I dropped it off so I had to call him a couple times to figure out what he wanted me to do when dropping it off. The camper was not ready to be picked up when I showed up either. The water tanks weren’t filled yet and there was not enough blankets for sleeping. The lack of bedding would’ve been fine if the heater worked, but it wouldn’t turn on. Also, when we opened the fridge to put some food in, it smelled awful and I found a drawer full of mold.
It was nice there was a TV and dvd player, but no movies were included, which made it fairly useless when camping with no phone service.

Communication with owner was easy. Listing was pretty accurate, minor mechanical issues with camper that owner is aware of and is working on.

Great experience. Camper was delivered and picked up by Marco, which was so helpful. Good communication before and during the trip. Camper met the needs of our small family.

We had a great time renting Marco’s trailer. He went out of his way to fix some damage done by prior renters in less than 24 hours to get it ready for us. He also got us setup with brake sensors for our truck and a better quality tow hitch. We loved staying in this trailer, it was the perfect size for our family of three and a great first time trailer experience for us. My son loved sleeping on a bunk bed and everything worked as expected except for the hot water heater that was a little glitchy. Otherwise it was smooth travels for us.

Marco was very helpful and communicated great! He was up front about any existing damage on the trailer and it was overall a great experience! Would definitely recommend.

This is our first trip pulling a trailer. It went great. This is a great size trailer to pull, 21 foot. Our SUV does have a V8. Everything worked well on the trailer. Marco gave me a good walk through before we left and responded well by text when I had questions.

We had a fabulous time exploring southwest Colorado for a week. We were 1st-time travel-trailer renters and had never even towed a trailer before, but this unit was perfect. It had plenty of storage and was easy to tow and use. Would definitely rent it again.

As newbies we weren’t sure of the process, but Marco was extremely accommodating and helpful. Next time we will be checking propane levels though, as we ran out halfway through our trip and were forced to use the generator most of the time. Great otherwise!
