Brooke & Billy were nice people. Regarding our experience, wished that the RV was in perfect condition. We had some concerns about the water supply that caused us some inconvenience due to water constantly leaking underneath unless we turn off the main water supply. Billy was not aware of the problem he said. Portion of the main entrance was flooded and messy. This was our first time to rent an RV.

Overall, fairly good trailer and very cost effective. Had some dirtiness from a previous rental, and a very squeaky door. But overall it was good.

The trailer was great for our family of 5! Everything we needed was included and the delivery/pickup was easy for us. Having linens and chairs included was a huge plus as well! Definitely recommend for future travelers.

The trailer arrived early and was set-up and ready for us. Everything was clean and worked without any problems. Brooke was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had.
