This was such an unfortunate situation. We were so grateful to Outdoorsy support for making it right. We are grateful to Outdoorsy for striving to make this a safe environment for hosts and renters. As you may remember, we were unwilling to exchange funds outside of this platform, per community rules. Unfortunately, you also caused damage to the hitch that inhibited towing. We are genuinely sorry this was a bad experience, but are so grateful to Outdoorsy for mediating disputes and producing appropriate outcomes. We have had excellent experiences with all of our renters until this one and continue to enjoy providing opportunities for renters to make memories with their loved ones.

We had a wonderful vacation thanks to Away Rental’s trailer. The trailer was comfortable, and felt clean and new. It was perfect for us and our newborn baby. The owners were gracious and easy to communicate with. Will definitely rent again next year!

We had such a great experience with this camper! We took it up to Island Park for a week and had a great time. It was the perfect size for our family - the kids especially loved the bunk beds. All of the amenities worked great. It was well stocked and made camping a breeze. It was lightweight and easy for our truck to pull. The owners were wonderful to work with and were quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely recommend renting this trailer.

This camper was perfect for the two of us and an occasional grandchild in the bunk. Clean and well stocked. We had it delivered and appreciated the communication and how accommodating they they were.to our schedule.
