Prepare to be nickel and dimed. The only time I was given as a window to pickup the van was 6-8am. I rearranged my plans to make that pickup window work, just to be charged a late fee for dropping off at 11. I had mentioned at pickup that I wouldn’t be leaving my campsite early enough to make it before he went to work & even offered to take an Uber to drop off the keys to him. At drop off, I left the van parked. I even took the time to sweep and wipe down every surface. I also made sure to let him know about his dirty laundry that I found in the van. Outrageous that he’s charging $266.24 when the van just sat parked the rest of the day.
