Terrible ending to an otherwise good experience. The RV reserved for two nights/three days was clean, and although had high mileage, reliably took me and my party of four to campsites in the vicinity of Zion National Park. While the experience in the RV was overall good, the conclusion of our reservation was met with significant unexpected additional charges administered by the host. The host charged us fees for mileage, cleaning, and repair. A repair fee was expected due to damage to a plastic door latch on the RV's side-screen cabin door during our reservation period. What was not expected, however, were the fees for additional cleaning and mileage. Mileage is typically taken as a separate charge, not claimed from the security deposit.Initially, the host claimed a $30 repair fee, which was coupled with $130 in additional cleaning and mileage fees which the host explained was due to the dust collected in the interior of the RV (attached are pictures of the interior of RV at the conclusion of our reservation). My party does not believe that the RV was more dusty that it would warrant an additional charge beyond the initial $150 fee paid to clean and prepare the RV. However, due to minor damage caused, my party was amenable to the security deposit claim.Ultimately, the host charged us $190 ($226.21 after taxes and fees) against our security deposit, plus additional $23 for mileage as a secondary charge against my credit. In follow-on messages, the host claims that it was the platform that made the charge higher than what was initially agreed upon. In the end, Outdoorsy could not explain the discrepancy on their end.

Great experience with this RV. Used dry camping; fridge freezer plenty big and stayed cold, shower worked great and water heated fast. Used the air conditioning and heater for a few hours and no issues.
Owners were easy to contact and flexible with drop off/pick up time.

We (two adults) rented the rv for over a week. We visited Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the Grand Canyon. We were with friends who own their rv and had a separate vehicle so we just parked this rv and used our friend's vehicle to go into the parks. This rv would work best for users who will be staying in sites with at least electric hook ups. I would not use this camper to boondock or stay in a campsite without hook ups.Pros: The rv drove well. The bed was comfortable - comfy sheets and lots of pillows. It had plenty of towels. The kitchen was well stocked and included dishsoap. The windows and skylights let in lots of natural light. Toilet and shower worked great. There are exhaust fans in the bathroom and above the over the cab sleeping area which helped move warm air out of the camper without turning on the ac. The solar panels worked well to top off the battery. There are three wheel leveling blocks to help level the camper, which is imperative to sleeping well. It was plenty of space for the two of us. The interior had signs of wear and tear that I would expect in an rv that is rented often. I think it would be comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids.Cons: There was something wrong with the central air system. When we were hooked up to shore power at the rv park or running the generator, the ac would turn on whenever we turned on the furnace (nights were cold). This did not happen when we were only running off the battery/propane. The refrigerator only worked when hooked up to shore power or when running the generator. We were under the impression (whether rightly or wrongly) that the Dometic refrigerator would cool using propane without the generator. This was not a big deal for us since we were traveling with other rvs that could store our refrigerated food. The generator, water pump, and central air systems are very loud. There were not "leveling jacks" but instead leveling wheel blocks. Since we used the rv in October and the nights were cold, we needed more blankets.Overall it was a great trip and the host was responsive to our questions.

We had trouble getting and keeping the fridge going, but otherwise it was spacious and comfortable for 4 people. The owner was friendly and easily reachable.

The Rv was just as pictured. Runs smooth and very quiet. The shower was great and the bed was comfortable.
