Odometer when returned 33952 miles.
Gas tank almost full.
Filled water once.
Couldn't figure out wastewater disposal.
"Black" tank is actually yellow (no solids, but long walk to campground restroom).
Just face and dish water in gray tank.
Only very minor damage is molding on cupboard over the stove -- just needs glue.
Helpful texts from Casey when couldn't find things like how to reset modem.
Very nice vehicle. I thought of it as "mobile bed and breakfast."

The rental experience was simple and straightforward. The owner had everything ready and clean, and provided a thorough walk through with simple instructions. Very enjoyable experience!

Rent with confidence! Excellent experience in this AWESOME van! Host was great. Explained everything in great detail before we left so there were no issues once we were on the road. (We video'd the walkaround just in case, but never had to watch it. Super simple.) One of the best things about this van is the owners extended the bed and had a custom memory foam mattress put in. At 6' my feet were not hanging off the end of the bed/no sleeping at an angle; honestly, more comfortable than my mattress at home. So, you'll sleep really great. We didn't use the pop up part, as it was just the wife, doggo and myself. All systems on board worked as advertised. We've been in the market to buy our own sprinter RV, so this was a great learning experience. Overall trip was ~21 days ~6100miles. Would rent from this host again without question.

1. Owner asked to change agreement after agreement was set. (The next day) to accommodate their personal schedule by text msg.
2. Vehicle was filthy (ants everywhere, dust, pet hair on seats and bed covers (allergic to pet hair and dust), windshield damage chips,
3. Air conditioner in back only works under certain conditions (generator, plugged in). We were in a neighborhood and arrived very late (generator not allowed, and generator use costs over a minimum hours, which would have made our trip out of budget. Back a/c does not run off of battery, so children in back seat had no air. You have to blow out the front seat in order for kids in backseat to get any air.
4. Vehicle is loud, a very uncomfortable rough ride. Our trip was 12 hours.
5. Owner sent us 82 text messages from the initial reservation (made a month in advance) until turn in. 99% of those text message could have been resolved with a thorough exchange.

1. i messages them to see if they would be able to pick up a day early free of charge because of a trip i had to make for work. the renter responded rudely. they wanted to pick up on the date they had set, but 6 hours before the contracted time of 3pm. so i moved things around to make it work.2. the vehicle was cleaned as it always is, and all of the bed linens were washed. they never mentioned anything about it being dirty until after they got upset about the ac and said they were calling outdoorsy to complain. I asked for pictures of the problems and they didn't respond.there are two chips in the windshield, both out of the field of view. this happened from the previous renters and being that its not in the field of view i decided to just seal them myself and not charge the renters for a whole new windshield.3. the ac only works with shore power or plugged in. this was explained. when they messaged to say the ac didn't work i tried to walk them through again how to use it and they responded very rudely that they would just talk with outdoorsy from here forward.4. the vehicle is a camper, its not a luxury car. i find it to be comfortable as do most.5. i sent them messages to make sure we had everything they needed for their trip, most people appreciate the communication. again they responded most times with rudnesses and entitlement. the exchange was thorough, but it appears they didn't pay attention, especially to the operation of the ac.6. the renter requested a video instead of a turnover, all this is well documented in the messages sent through outdoorsy. i told them we had to do the turnover but i also sent them videos to supplement. when they said the ac didnt work i tried to walk through how to use it again through message, when they got rude and said they wouldn't talk to me anymore i sent them a video of how to use it as well to hopefully assist.the renters also had a driver driving other than the verified driver, they denied this but my house has cameras and i have the unverified driver driving off from my house in the rv.they messaged me a picture of the Bluetooth microphone to ask if i was recording them. no i dont record anyone, why would i want to record what people say in the rv? also if im secretly recording you why put a microphone on the front dash right in front of you.they told me they wanted the bathroom setup, and then when they picked it up said they would not use it, i explained they still had to dump it as i set it up for them as they requested, they again got mad and responded rudely that they shouldn't have to dump it if they didnt use it.

The communication and coordination with Casey was first-rate. The check in was done well, and we were quickly on the road. This was our first experience in an RV, and it was a positive one. The Winnebago Solis was perfect for us two, and we had all of the accommodations that we needed (with the exception of a coffee maker :-( ). As far as the RV itself, while it is easy enough to drive and get around in, we both found the front seat a bit uncomfortable (just could not find a good driving position) and the seat belt, fixed to the back of the seat back, never was comfortable on the outside shoulder. He is easy to rent with/from, and we would definitely use him again.

Owners were wonderful! Van was extremely comfortable and well decked out with everything we would need. Check in and check out went very smoothly. I would very highly recommend this van for rental!!!
