This includes 2 Queen/Full beds that pop out each end when set up. The Dinette converts into a Double-Bed and the Full size Couch converts into a Futon-Style sleeping surface. The RV is equipped with a 32" flat screen TV, 5G WiFi and you have lots of extra cabinets and storage throughout; which you don't find very often in small trailers!!! Plenty of USB ports to charge your electronics, extra lighting, privacy curtains, and zipper close windows to enjoy that cool night breeze. We also have all your basic needs covered in the Kitchen, complete with Pots and Pans, Toaster, Dishes, Silverware, and more! There is a Microwave, Three Burner Stove, Oven, Full-Size Kitchen sink and large Fridge/Freezer Combo - especially rare for this size of a trailer! The Bathroom also has a large stand-up shower, extra cabinets, & utility storage. A power awning, stabilizer jacks, fold up steps, and solar panel which makes camping off grid a breeze! Simply ask about the Extra Clean Package and we can do it for you – worry free. ** Absolutely NO smoking is aloud of any kind, including vaping, in this unit. If ANY smoke smell is detected at the conclusion of the rental a fee will be collected to pay for cleaning and ozone treatment. ** You are responsible for making sure that your vehicle is equipped with the proper equipment to tow this trailer. Including a hitch receiver and 7 prong wiring harness. We can provide the 2" Ball & Hitch for you to use. ** This unit IS approved for special events such as MLB & NFL Tailgating, Music Festivals (e.g., Country Thunder), etc. Ask for details and availability.
