Goose was great. Old but very reliable. We had all the accommodations we could need and Zach was great with his communication.

Our trip with Goose was perfect. The van was comfortable, well-equipped and easy to drive. Zachary went above and beyond to accommodate the logistics of our trip. We’re looking forward to next time.

Goose and Zach are the best! We had an amazing time camping in Ukiah with our pup. Zach did a really great job guiding us through how to work the van and any small things like needing to put a little extra oomph into closing the back door or how to swivel the passenger seat. Pick up and drop off we’re so smooth and easy. Remember to bring your own sleeping bags/comforter and pillow. The heat wasn’t currently working, but we did use the heated mattress pad on a particularly cold night, which was super nice. Overall, Goose is a beginner-friendly option for folks looking to do some adventuring.

Glad to have you three. Yeah most people bring their own bedding, but there's a bedding option if you'd rather not. Also, the cabin heater was/is working, I just thought it wasn't really cold enough to be worth using so I advised for the heated mattress pad. Hope to see you all again for Alaina's birthday!

We had an enjoyable trip with the Goose van. It functioned well and took us to interesting places but it is aged and in need of some TLC. These issues were mostly minor or cosmetic but they did cause us some trouble.

Zachary’s answer

Sorry about some of the rough details but glad you had fun anyway Jeff. For context Jeff is used to his Tesla, so our reverse cam probably isn't as clear but generally gets the job done. You don't have to be in the van to do the sliding door lock, it does currently need manual doing, you can easily reach in from the open passenger door to do it. The freezer door does its job but does have a broken pin. There isn't a replacement part available that I can find but the inconvenience is, I think, pretty minor.
I don't know if I can improve the reverse cam, but I'll be take another try to fix the other stuff!
She's not the newest van but she's a compact, tough and well accustomed to much longer interstate travel than the wine country jaunt Jeff and Elizabeth took her on.

Zach and Goose are a perfect pair. Throughout the process, Zach was accommodating, helpful, and reliable. He has great communication and knows the ins and outs of Goose. I can tell he takes really great care of the vehicle. As for Goose, don't underestimate Goose. While I can see people being attracted to the newest RV/Sprinter models with all the latest bells and whistles, Goose held its own. Goose is highly capable, efficient, reliable, and had enough amenities and storage for our 8 day car-camping trip. It fit our needs perfectly for the type of travel we sought out to do. I would definitely go with through Zach and Goose again.

We had an amazing time with the 5 Gooses! Zach was easy to communicate with, helped with some last minute schedule changes and was overall an excellent host.
The Gooses travelled great and we had a wonderful time camping! We will be back!

Ella the Element drove great, got good gas mileage and was surprisingly comfortable for a 5 day road trip/camping adventure. According to my Fitbit, I got a better couple of night's sleep than I've gotten in months. Zach was very communicative and helpful throughout.

Myself, my husband and our dog took Goose all the way up to Jedidiah Smith State Park in the Redwoods outside of Crescent City for a 4th of July weekend getaway. Hit lots of other great spots as well on the trip like Avenue of the Giants. Goose was affordable and great! Not too big - so easy to drive - and not too small - so plenty of room for us with a comfy loft bed! Also excellent on gas mileage! Recommended!

The Element was awesome. Dogs loved it. They've never been so comfortable riding in a car before. The sleeping aspect was super comfortable and it drove like a dream. We didn't really make use of the kitchen fully, the bikes and our bike rack were in the way and we attended a group camp where our friends had a plenty of kitchen set-up for everyone too. All in all it is really a sweet package and we loved it!!!

Overall, my eight days with the 5 Gooses was great! The van drove well and was really equipped with everything I needed whether I was at a campsite, off grid or stealth camping: which was great since I had flown in to CA. Communication was easy and there was a thorough walk through of the van’s set up and backing up before you get on the road! There was plenty of solar power for charging devices, lights, fridge and cooler and water on board. Having both the sink and hose in the back for rinsing off/showers (and w/ hot water) was a luxury. The bed was comfortable as well as the linens and pillows. There was plenty of storage in the van and in the garage for all my clothes, food and gear and enough kitchen stuff on board to cook up some great meals. Would definitely recommend Zach’s van for your next adventure.
