About On The Move Rentals LLC
My wife and I are avid travelers and regularly took 2-3 international trips a year. With the birth of our daughter in 2019, we began keeping trips closer to home. We were renting RVs for about 2 years and finally decided it was our time to purchase. We recently took our 18 month old daughter on a 2 week, 4000 mile road trip! We saw so much and had one of the best experiences of our lives! Now it's time for us to help build those memories for you and your family.

So many technical issues with the RV. The generator would just shut off for no reason (plenty of gas) and would not leave internal batteries charged. solar would not hold a charge so we couldn't plug in phones or cpap at night. Also, the AC doesn't really work. it was pretty much always hotter inside than it was outside.
Plus the leveling blocks they included were super cheap and not nearly tough enough to use. and the black tank never properly emptied. but we brought our receipt to show we paid to have it emptiedWhen we picked up the RV and got it home to start packing, it was full of half used crap. like they forgot to clean it out after their family vacation or something. the drawers and many cabinets were so full of stuff we had no room for our food and supplies. so we put it in shopping bags and then put those into a box. It was so much stuff that it overfilled a massive moving box. We of course returned the items but we didn't know where it all went. The owner was so petty about this that they charged us a late return (which upon drop off we were told not to worry about the charge) and they charged us a black water dumping fee (again, we told of the dumping issue upon drop off and were told that this happens, and not to worry about it) but he was so upset about his giant box of crap not being put back that he said "normally we'd be flexible about these charges but I had to take time to put the box of stuff away".Don't do business with them, they are petty and do not honor their word.

I am sorry to hear you had an unpleasant experience. We reached out to you during your rental and were not made aware of any functionality concerns until this review. We are always available via phone call or text to address any concerns that may arise. We keep the rig stocked with commonly used camping items. First aid kit, sunblock, bug spray, cooking spices, games, chairs, dishes, pans, hangers, batteries, lighters, etc. These are common items renters enjoy having onboard and it saves them the hassle of shopping for more. If you want a bare bones RV there are certainly other companies that will be happy to charge extra for those items.I, myself, use a CPAP and have run this unit through the night without issue. Although there are always variables based on solar coverage during the day.Regarding the late return - in your first message to us when booking you asked about the late return policy, to which I explained all fees. This was then reiterated when you departed on your trip. My wife cancelled her Sunday afternoon plans to wait for your return almost 4 hours later than expected. If you can not respect our time, you will be charged as previously notified and agreed upon.Regarding the dumping of the waste tank - we were not provided receipts as claimed and upon looking directly into the RV toilet, you could visibly see piles of fresh waste that required cleaning.
