Inhale Miami was the perfect meet-up spot for this relaxed group of owners. We were thrilled to hear from multiple owners that they’re able to expand their business with new rigs paid for by earnings with their existing ones. The group got to hear from an owner who went through a dispute last year and had a great experience with Outdoorsy.
The biggest piece of product feedback we took away is owners the need for clear communication about what to do when your renter fails a driver check and a desire for a pop-up overlay to notify owners of a driver that can’t be verified.
