Your safety and satisfaction are of the utmost importance to us. Under the circumstances of the ever-evolving novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we find it is our duty to keep you informed and updated. We have and will continue to keep a close eye on the situation and take guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and health professionals to ensure your health and safety. Events & Amenities
Public Space Closures
To help avoid the spread of COVID-19, all indoor amenities, as well as playgrounds, swimming pools, spas, and hot tubs are closed. Additional closures may occur at certain locations, so call ahead to verify their availability. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we aim to protect the health of everyone as best we can.
Outdoor Amenities
Certain outdoor amenities will remain open. When using these, we ask that you:
- Gather in groups of 10 or less.
- Stay at least 6 feet away from anyone sneezing or coughing.
Cleanliness
As safety is our main concern, we have placed an even greater emphasis on cleanliness. Common areas are cleaned daily. Adapting to coronavirus concerns, we have further increased the extent and frequency of those cleanings. All team members have received additional training on proper, thorough cleaning procedures and safety precautions.
Office Protocol
Management Offices
Social distancing protocols have been implemented for management offices. Our offices are open by appointment only and we ask that you follow these guidelines to help us maintain a healthy resort and campground space.
- Before you arrive or checkout, call our office. In most cases, you will be able to pay any necessary balances and receive your site assignment prior to arrival. No need to stop at the office!
- If you have a question or concern, call to discuss over the phone. If it needs to be handled in person, an appointment can be scheduled.
- Under the weather? Please stay at your site and away from offices or common areas. Follow guidance released by the CDC and health officials.
Call our Customer Contact Center at (877) 864-2728 to make any changes to your reservation or address any questions that arise. We appreciate your patience as we may be experiencing an increase in call volume during this time.
Community Management Offices
To maintain a healthy community, a similar social distancing protocol has also been implemented in our community management offices. Appointments are required for in-office visits and we ask that you follow a few necessary procedures.
- Call or email the office with any questions, comments, and concerns, when possible.
- Call ahead to arrange an appointment, when necessary.
- If you are not feeling well, stay home, and follow CDC guidelines.
Closures & Cancellations
Following the guidance of the CDC and health professional and country or state orders may result in the necessary closure of resorts and reservation cancellations. If your reservation is impacted at all by a local ordinance, you will be contacted via email.
Updated Cancellation Policy
Because of the rapidly-evolving nature of COVID-19, we are currently unable to adapt our policies around the pandemic. Though we made exceptions in March, we must now return to our original cancellation policies put in place for the protection of our valued renters and dedicated owners.
Before booking a planned vacation or last-minute getaway, please examine the owner’s cancellation policy thoroughly and research how COVID-19 may be affecting your travel destination.
Staying Informed
We are all working together to keep our community safe. We encourage staying up to date on the current situation. For the latest information, refer to the CDC and local health department sites.
Thank you for your help and patience as we all learn how to best navigate the ever-changing situation and keep everyone healthy, happy, and safe.
