In a market with a smaller than average rental window one of the winning combinations may be consignment. With the harsh northern winters, sending your rig or small fleet south for the snowbirds can be a prudent choice to prevent the need to winterize and store your money maker.
The biggest piece of product feedback we took away is owners want to know how to scale their single rig side hustle into a multi-unit full scale business.
